Be Smart – Don’t Start

This school year, we – class 8c – took part in the project „Be Smart – Don’t Start“. The goal of the project is to stay smoke-free for six months – and we all did it!

We learned a lot about smoking. We talked about what is inside a cigarette, how it damages your body, and why some people start smoking. We also learned how hard it is to stop once you are addicted. The project is for students from grade 6 to 8. It is organized by the BZgA and supported by the local health department.

We think the project was interesting and useful. It helped us understand why it’s better not to start.

We are proud that no one in our class smoked – and we want to stay smoke-free in the future!
